· Lose weight

· Strengthen my muscles

· Exercise
o “…and exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things” (I Tim. 4:8)
o “have [your] senses exercised to discern both good and evil” (Heb. 5:14)
· Eat better carbs
o “I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever” (Jn. 6:51)
· Drink more water
o “but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst” (Jn. 4:14)
· Get adequate rest
o “Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him” (Ps. 37:7)
· Stay focused on the goal
o “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 3:14)
o “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith” (Heb. 12:2)
· Work hard
o “not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord” (Rom. 12:11)
o “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” (Gal. 6:9)
